ORRA will be hosting its third foreclosure-prevention workshop for the public on Thursday, October 18 in the Whispering Oak Elementary School cafeteria. Please share with anyone you think may benefit from information about foreclosure prevention!
While this free event is geared toward a homeowner audience, REALTORS® are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Speakers will include a representative from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, mortgage specialist and frequent ORRA instructor Grant Simon, and a panel of housing attorneys.
The foreclosure-prevention workshop is the third in a series produced by ORRA, which was awarded a $5,000 grant from the National Association of REALTORS® in support of the program. ORRA is matching the grant with its own funds, and the Central Florida Real Estate Council is contributing $500 toward each workshop.
