ORRA is hosting its first free foreclosure-prevention workshop for homeowners today (6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Timber Creek High School). Please pass the information along to any homeowners who would benefit.
The workshop is the first in a series that ORRA is coordinating with the help of a $5,000 grant awarded by NAR's Foreclosure Prevention and Response Program. ORRA is matching the grant dollar for dollar with its own funds, and the Central Florida Real Estate Council is providing $500 toward each workshop.
Please plan to attend the workshop; it's also free to ORRA members. After the program, homeowners will be able to mingle with the real estate professionals and attorneys who are on hand for questions. There will even be Spanish-speaking individuals available to assist with language issues.
